These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tap646 ("tap646," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tap646 online gaming platform available at tap646.cam and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on the Platform, accessing the Platform as a registered or guest user, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. • You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;

tap646 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in immediate account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any account found to have been opened or accessed by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines on underage gambling recoveries.

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on tap646, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to provide, at minimum, your registered Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. tap646 may require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any registration information that changes. 3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may maintain only one registered account on the tap646 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. tap646 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts may be immediately suspended, and any balances within duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tap646 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances;
• Use a unique password that is not used on any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure;
• Notify tap646 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Log out completely from your account when using shared or public devices.

tap646 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purportedly from tap646 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

tap646 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for account funding, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash or Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of the transaction;
• tap646 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the tap646 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, the conversion to PHP will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tap646 operates in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. tap646 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit, particularly those exceeding threshold amounts as required by applicable regulations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

Registered players may request withdrawal of their available account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit;

All such offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on tap646, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period;
• tap646 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of these Terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;

6.2 Bonus Abuse

tap646 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements; and coordinated play strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, tap646 may immediately terminate the relevant account(s), void all associated bonuses and winnings, and recover any withdrawn funds obtained through abuse.

7.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on the tap646 Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). tap646 does not manipulate, adjust, or interfere with game outcomes after a wager is placed. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system and displayed to the player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's account at tap646's discretion.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games on the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tap646 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security measures, or game systems;
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such bugs must be reported to tap646 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tap646 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including a minor.

tap646 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;

• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Upon permanent account closure, tap646 will return any valid withdrawable balance to the player via the original payment method used, after deducting any amounts validly owed to tap646, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

All content on the tap646 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game mechanics, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of tap646 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of tap646.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tap646 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption to the Platform resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain account security;
• Technical failures, errors, or interruptions in third-party payment processing systems;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any content or information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tap646's liability for death or personal injury caused by tap646's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

tap646 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at tap646.cam/privacy-policy. By registering for an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tap646 is committed to protecting the personal information of its players in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Personal data collected by tap646 is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform and its services.

tap646 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, tap646 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or mobile number associated with the account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity conducted through the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through tap646's customer support team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over tap646's operations in the Philippines.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. All communications and proceedings shall be conducted in English or Filipino.
